If payment is made by check and the check is returned unpaid for insufficient funds or any other reason, the User remains responsible for the full balance owed, including any legally permissible returned payment fees.

By submitting payment information, the User authorizes Vertex Technology Services LLC to charge the agreed amount using the selected payment method.

Failure to remit payment when due may result in suspension, cancellation, or refusal of services.

Refund Policy

  • Service fees are considered earned upon commencement of service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date of payment.
  • Refunds will not be issued after thirty (30) days from the date of payment.
  • Refunds will not be issued if Vertex Technology Services LLC reasonably determines that the User has availed, accessed, or benefited from the services provided.
  • Refund eligibility may depend on the nature of the service rendered and the stage of service completion.
  • At its sole discretion, Vertex Technology Services LLC may issue a partial refund or full refund depending on the specific circumstances and scope of services delivered.
  • If a User is dissatisfied with the service provided, the User is encouraged to contact Vertex Technology Services LLC directly so that the matter may be reviewed and reasonably addressed.
  • In exceptional circumstances, Vertex Technology Services LLC may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests submitted after thirty (30) days; however, any such consideration or refund decision remains entirely at the discretion of Vertex Technology Services LLC and does not create any obligation or precedent.
  • No refund shall be considered automatic, guaranteed, or mandatory unless expressly stated in writing by Vertex Technology Services LLC.

Chargeback Policy

  • Users agree to contact Vertex Technology Services LLC directly to resolve billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
  • Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may constitute a breach of these Terms.
  • Vertex Technology Services LLC reserves the right to dispute improper, excessive, or fraudulent chargebacks and to suspend or deny future services where payment disputes are initiated in bad faith.
  • If a chargeback is initiated after services have been provided, Vertex reserves the right to present evidence of service delivery and communications to the payment processor or financial institution.

Communication and Authorized Service Partners

The User further acknowledges and agrees that Vertex may share submitted information with authorized service partners, contractors, or representatives acting on behalf of Vertex for purposes including:
