- Services will only commence after you have authorized the technician to proceed.
4. Payment Terms

- There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges unless explicitly stated and authorized by you in writing.
- Services begin only after customer authorization and agreement on the scope of work and associated costs.
- Payment may be collected via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods through our secure third-party payment processors.
5. Refund Policy
- If a service session has not yet begun, you may request a full refund by contacting us.
- No refunds will be issued for completed service sessions unless the customer can demonstrate that the service was misrepresented or not delivered as described.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date by contacting our support team.
- Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within a reasonable timeframe.

- If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.
- By engaging our services, you agree to attempt resolution through our internal support process prior to filing any external dispute.
- Chargebacks filed without prior communication may be contested with supporting documentation, including authorization records and session logs.
